Ketina Wooding M. (Director of Crisis Programs)
Ketina Wooding Myers is a fun-loving animal lover, Ford Mustang enthusiast, and loving wife and daughter. Ketina is the Clinical Crisis Supervisor at Turning Point Interventions. Ketina received her Master’s of Social Work from Radford University and a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Longwood University. Ketina has been in the mental health field for over eight years in different compacities/roles.
Ketina areas of concentration include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and PTSD. Her expertise population includes individuals experiencing crisis, veterans, and LGBTQ. Ketina’s approach is primary CBT, Crisis Intervention, and Solution Focus Therapy. Ketina is hopeful to one day add Accelerated Resolution Therapy to her toolbox in the future. Ketina’s aim is to educate all in mental health awareness.
Ketina enjoys spending time at the beach with family and friends.
