Dr. Arielle Jordan is a licensed clinical professional counselor, EMDR-certified therapist, and Army veteran with over a decade of experience helping individuals heal from trauma and reclaim their sense of self. She is the founder of Mindset Quality LLC, a telehealth therapy practice serving Maryland and Virginia, and the creator of the REDEFINE Program, an EMDR group therapy initiative for veterans and military spouses.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Jordan facilitates a monthly grief support group for bereaved mothers through SAILS (Stillborn and Infant Loss Support) and serves as Co-Director of the Referral Networking Program for the NABVETS Central Maryland Chapter, helping connect veterans to trusted mental health and community resources.
Her work blends clinical expertise with lived experience, offering therapy, intensives, and coaching grounded in research, compassion, and cultural responsiveness. She is especially known for her work with service members, high-performing professionals, and those navigating life after loss.
Dr. Jordan also teaches, trains, and speaks nationally on trauma, grief, mental wellness, and leadership.
