Completing ASAP is mandatory for all DUI convictions under Virginia State Code 18.2-271.1. Referral for entry into ASAP is court ordered after an individual has been convicted of a DUI. This service requires an Assessment by a qualified or licensed treatment professional, is 20-hours in duration and focuses on substance abuse and its relationship to highway safety, health, and addiction.
