Mobile crisis services in Virginia provide 24/7, in-person mental health support for urgent situations, connecting people with rapid assessment, intervention, and safety planning to avoid hospitalization, with services available statewide through the 988 Lifeline, regional teams, and local providers like ourselves, focusing on de-escalation, evaluation, and linkage to care.
Specifically, we are able to offer Mobile Crisis in Region 3 which covers the City of Danville, Pittsylvania County, City of Martinsville, Henry County, and other surrounding areas.

How to Access Mobile Crisis Services
Call or Text 988: This is the main entry point for Virginia’s Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, connecting you to trained counselors who can dispatch mobile teams if needed. The call center will dispatch someone to your location based upon a Mobile Team Member from the region who is closest to you. A mobile team member could be anyone and not directly an employee of Turning Point Interventions.
What Mobile Crisis Teams Do
