Phillip J. Flippen, CSAC, LMHP-R
Phillip J. Flippen, better known as “Flip” is the CEO and Owner of Turning Point Interventions (TPI), LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Virginia Union University, a Masters of Public Administration from Strayer University and a Masters of Professional Counseling from Liberty University. He has been a servant of the community and has worked professionally in various Human Services agencies for over 25 years.
Flip is personally vested in TPI, working actively in the office for the 23 Hour Crisis Program and responding to Mobile Crisis calls received in the community as a Licensed Mental Health Provider.
Currently, Flip is a member of the Virginia Certification Board (VCB, www.vacertboard.org) and serves as the President of the VCB Board of Directors.
On warmer days, Flip is a car and motorcycle enthusiast. On the colder days, Flip has been an active collegiate basketball referee for over 15 years, officiating at all NCAA Division I, II and III levels.
